What is Discovered Beauty Box?
Discovered Beauty is a Monthly Beauty and Lifestyle Box. We Deliver a minimum of a 4 Full or deluxe sized products to your door every month. All Products featured are carefully selected, so that women of all complexions can experience and enjoy discovering new beauty and lifestyle finds.
1. How much does Discovered Beauty Box cost?
- Monthly Plan- £25 per month with Free Delivery. The longer you stay with Discovered Beauty on the monthly plan the more rewards and discounts you will receive. Please see T&C's
- One- Off- £30 and Free Delivery
2. Is Discovered Beauty Box Packaging Friendly to the environment?
- Yes! Our boxes are 100% recyclable, along with our mailing bags, bubble wrap and tissue paper.
- Our packing peanuts (not food) are 100% Biodegradable.
3. When will my box be shipped?
- Your box will be shipped between the 10th and 14th of the month. This includes one-off boxes that are purchased before the cut-off date. If one-off boxes are purchased after the cut-off date, you will receive the following month's box. EG order 10th April, you will receive the April box. Order on 11th April, you will receive the May box.
4. Oops! I've put in the wrong address, what do I do?
- You can change your address via your account. Unfortunately, we will be unable to make any changes after your box has been dispatched and will be unable to accept liability for the non-receipt of any orders. Subscription and one-off boxes are dispatched from the 10th of the month. Any changes should be made before this time.
5. Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes of course! We will be sad to see you go. As long as you log into your account and cancel before the billing date.
6. When do I get billed?
- You will be billed on the day you order your box. Subsequent payments will be on the 1st of each month. (Only applicable to monthly subscriptions)
7. Do you accept returns?
- Unfortunately, We do not accept any returns.
8. What happens if boxes are sold out?
- Discovered Beauty Box Subscriptions are limited in quantity and subject to availability. If our boxes are sold out you will be unable to subscribe until boxes become available again. Should our boxes sell out you can join our mailing and waiting list, where you will be notified when boxes become available.
9. Do you ship outside the UK?
- At present we only ship within the UK, but we are working hard to ship internationally.
10. Do I have to order my Discovered Beauty Box every month?
- Monthly Plan - Your Discovered Beauty Box will be renewed automatically on a monthly basis. One off box - you will need to purchase a box each time you would like to receive a one-off box (availability allowing)
11. How will payment appear on my banking information?
- On your bank statements, payments will appear as “Discovered Beauty Box” or “DBB”
12. I have had an allergic reaction to one of the products, what shall I do?
- Regrettably, we cannot guarantee that your DISCOVERED BEAUTY BOX is free of certain substances or compounds since we feature different products every month. If you suffer from a known allergy against certain substances or compounds, we urgently recommend you to thoroughly review the ingredients of a respective product before using it. We also recommend completing a patch test 48 hours before use of a product. We would also advise that you seek medical attention by a qualified registered medical professional.
13. Help! My beauty box hasn’t arrived.
You should receive your box within 3 - 5 working days. Due to the ongoing Pandemic, boxes may take longer to arrive and unfortunately this is out of our control. Please do allow extra time for your box to arrive.
